Over/Under voltage, phase failure, unbalance and phase sequence protection relays




Application
HHD10 series phase failure and phase sequence protection relay (hereinafter abbr. protection relay) is apply for AC 50Hz, 380V motor control circuitry which compose of AC contactor and other switching devices. When the motor's main circuit is on abnormal state, eg. out of phase, phase failure, voltage imbalance, etc. the protection relay will disconnect the switch contact and motor's three-phase power supply, so as to protection of the motor timely.
Regardless of motor power, protection relay adopts sampling voltage, no need of ampere rating adjustment. This model is characterized by it's range of applications, easy operation and reliable performance.

2, Open-phase protection: Protection relay adopts sampling voltage (R, S, T front part ) and action when it detects any phase failure.
3, Phase sequence protection: When protection relay phase sequence is confirmed, if any phase line is exchanged, the motor will not start.
4, Voltage imbalance protection: for three-phase power supply, when any two-phase voltage imbalance comes to 50V ~ 75V, protection relay will act and protect the motor.
