- The RDCM1 series offers tailored tripping characteristics for different loads. Distribution protection focuses on overload and short-circuit line protection. Motor protection (Utilization Code 2) is specifically calibrated to withstand motor starting currents (instantaneous trip set at 12In) without nuisance tripping, preventing motor overload damage.
- What options are available for the 4-Pole (4P) neutral pole configuration?
- We provide 4 flexible N-pole types: Type A: N-pole without tripping release, makes/breaks continuously without switching with 3 poles. Type B: N-pole without tripping release, switches together with the other 3 poles. Type C: N-pole with current tripping release, switches together with the other 3 poles. Type D: N-pole with current tripping release, makes continuously without switching.
- Can the RDCM1 MCCB be operated automatically or remotely?
- Yes! In addition to standard manual handle operation, RDCM1 supports both rotary handle operation (Code Z) and motorized electrical operation (Code P), enabling remote switching and automation in smart switchgear panels.
